The Brown-Eyed Introverts are Marjorie Rosen and Theresa V. Morrison. The two bosom buddies met during freshman orientation at Bryn Mawr, and after bonding over their mutual love of tulips and short fiction by African-American women, they became inseparable. These bright young women are feminists for a new age, and they look forward to documenting their thoughts and feelings in this hyper-digitized, -sexualized, and -supersized world.
This blog is a mission. Marjorie, a sociology and Arabic poetry major, and Theresa (who doesn't like to label herself with a "major" but is concentrating in Eastern philosophy and Native American tribal art), have made it their life goal to bring their commentary to a troubled world. The time has come for a new Enlightenment, and the Brown-Eyed Introverts hope to be the luminaries this planet needs.
So onward and upward!
